At Copper Penny, we want you to love your curated wardrobe pieces, but we understand that sometimes a style may not be the perfect fit. We offer returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed accurately.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been issued.
